The perfect workplace is a concept that has many elements at play. Its aim is to allow for a stimulating experience through a combination of understanding employees’ enthusiasms, their needs, and what makes them excited, according to Adam Scott.

In his interview, Scott claims that the world of work is filled with people who are disinterested and disengaged with the workplace, due to failures in design and planning. It fails to keep them stimulated and attracted, which is what the Freestate methodology aims to fix.
