Working alongside sister company, Two, Modus revitalised Joseph Joseph’s existing workspace with an eco-conscious office refurbishment. The project focused on biophilic design, incorporating abundant greenery and natural light to enhance employee connectivity and underscore the brand’s commitment to sustainability. The redesigned space features bold colours paired with sustainable materials, creating a productive atmosphere that promotes open communication and collaboration among team members.
Publicis Sapient required a modern workspace that balanced sustainability with innovation and was designed to support their dynamic needs with a particular focus on neurodiversity. The design integrated recycled materials and energy- efficient solutions, aligning with their environmental commitments. Collaborative zones and a feature barista bar were essential in promoting employee interaction. Biophilic elements and a thoughtful colour palette catered to neurodiverse individuals, enhancing air quality and overall employee well-being.
Modus extended a Marylebone-based Private Equity Fund workspace into the neighbouring building, crafting a contemporary, club-like atmosphere. Reflecting the client’s desire for a non-traditional workspace, this area becomes a sanctuary that boosts employee well-being by replacing conventional desks with adaptable, collaborative spaces for teamwork and communication. With communal and quiet zones, including a barista bar and a campfire area, the workspace cultivates a supportive, balanced culture that encourages personal growth and productivity.
