Gemserv, a professional services company, tasked us with transforming 77 Gracechurch Street into a workspace aligned with their brand and growing needs. Initially a Tenant-Ready™ fit out, the existing design set a high standard to maintain while incorporating their requirements for more formal meeting spaces and adaptable areas to reflect their evolving identity.
Delivering Adaptability and Style
We retained the existing front-of-house meeting rooms and added five new spaces, supporting both collaboration and privacy. The teapoint was reimagined with full-height glazing and timber slats, balancing openness and discretion. Enhanced with booths and banquette seating, the social spaces now offer greater versatility. A standout addition was the adaptable boardroom, equipped with a folding wall to transition effortlessly between formal meetings and events.
