People & Culture
Flexibility, inclusion, and wellbeing shape how we work. Every team member has access to private healthcare through Doctor Care Anywhere, including mental health support, GP appointments, and wellbeing services whenever needed.
We make space for connection, from group days at Thorpe Park to creative sessions such as Paint and Scream for Halloween. We also host weekly lunch and learns to allow for continued professional development within the team and improved collaboration across our supply chain. Tile-making, rug-weaving, sketching, and design workshops all give our teams insight into the materials and craftsmanship behind the spaces we deliver.

We host cross-company events that bring Ambit, Two, Modus, Platfform, and Mytr together, from charity challenges to festive get-togethers. They remind us that good work starts with good people, and that shared experiences strengthen everything we do.

We’re committed to building diverse teams that reflect the world we design for. We value different perspectives and experiences, knowing they lead to better ideas, stronger collaboration, and more inclusive spaces. The demographic split at WFG reflects both our generational diversity and our ambitions for gender balance. We are seeing a strong influx of younger workers, with Gen Z standing out as the cohort where women outnumber men. This provides a strong foundation for our 50/50 gender balance target.

Every person in our group plays a part in building a more sustainable and equitable built environment. That shared purpose connects us across every discipline, project, and brand within Workplace Futures Group.
