British financial services business, Alpha FX, needed a new workspace that reflected their courageous, punchy, daring and highly motivated nature, with a love for the finer details and a keen sense of its roots; where it came from, and where it’s going.

Project in brief:

  • Incorporated industrial and natural elements, reflecting the company’s bold identity and future growth vision.
  • Created a space that promotes connectivity, featuring personal touches like a glowing ‘A’ sign, pop-art elements, and biophilic accents.
  • Featured unique details such as custom statues and a printed company history to celebrate Alpha FX’s culture.

A Bold Design Reflecting Alpha FX’s Identity

Alpha FX’s workspace is a dynamic reflection of the company’s bold and motivated personality. CEO Morgan Tillbrook played a hands-on role in the design, ensuring every detail aligned with his vision. The project faced challenges, particularly working within the constraints of the building’s concrete core, but the resulting space successfully blends industrial and natural elements. The use of natural light, complemented by steel cross-gridding and industrial finishes, enhances the workspace’s energy and aesthetic.

Personal Touches and Inspirational Spaces

Personal touches, such as biophilic design, vibrant pop-art, and custom sculptures, introduce the space with creativity and motivation. The office honours Alpha FX’s history, with significant moments printed on the concrete core, celebrating both the company’s journey and its people. This unique blend of industrial architecture, personal detail, and motivational design ensures that the new workspace not only captures Alpha FX’s past but also inspires its future.

The Alpha FX project isn’t just a space made to last; it’s a space made to create a lasting impression.
