Modus and Alchemy Asset Management win 2022 BCO Award
On Friday 20th May, Modus Workspace and The Dock, Alchemy Asset Management won the Refurbished and Recycled Workplace category in the Midlands & Central England region at the BCO Awards 2022.
The category looks to celebrate corporate and commercial buildings where significant works have been carried out to adapt the existing building to modern office use. The judges were particularly impressed with the deceptively simple interventions and the clever re-emphasis and maximisation of the limited spaces available.
Through using a mixture of ingenuity, clever design, and collaboration, the Modus team were able to transform Alchemy’s office space providing them with a new net internal area, brand new hub reception, and a Cat A refurbishment.
