Two partnered with BNP Paribas Real Estate to transform their 1-3 Berry Street location into a flexible Tenant-Ready™ workspace that reflects both the client’s brand and sustainability values. Delivered within a tight four-week timeline, the project was designed to meet diverse workstyles, promote collaboration, and incorporate eco-friendly materials that align with BNP Paribas’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Sustainability and Thoughtful Design

Recycled plastic worktops, green tiles, and vinyl flooring with 30% recycled content were incorporated to reduce the environmental footprint. Smart lighting systems were installed to improve energy efficiency, ensuring the workspace remains environmentally responsible while meeting the practical needs of its occupants.

The design choices reflect BNP Paribas’s sustainability goals, with every material selected to support eco-conscious practices without compromising style. The green tiles add a subtle connection to nature, while the recycled finishes bring texture and warmth to the workspace. These elements come together to create a modern, responsible environment that promotes both productivity and wellbeing.

Flexible and Adaptable Workspaces

The redesigned layout was created for flexibility, allowing the space to adapt to evolving workstyles. An expanded teapoint serves as the social heart of the office, encouraging informal interactions and creating a sense of community. Meeting rooms of varying sizes, collaboration zones, and private phone booths provide diverse settings for focused work, team meetings, and casual catch-ups.

The workspace’s adaptability ensures it can meet the needs of a wide range of future tenants. Whether for quiet, individual tasks or dynamic group sessions, the design supports both productivity and comfort in equal measure.

A Tenant-Ready™ Space Designed for the Future

1-3 Berry Street now offers a contemporary, flexible Tenant-Ready™ environment that reflects the values of BNP Paribas Real Estate. The project demonstrates how thoughtful design and sustainable practices can come together to create a workspace that’s both functional and environmentally responsible.
