We transformed the 3,272 sq ft first floor of 1 Old Queen Street into a Tenant-Ready™ workspace, seamlessly blending contemporary design with the building’s historic character.

Seamless Integration with Heritage

Inspired by the location’s rich history, the design features herringbone vinyl flooring and wooden accents that exude elegance. Vibrant orange details add energy, while seating along bay windows in the 10-person meeting room enhances flexibility and usability. Every detail was carefully planned to create a warm, inviting, and functional space that complements the prestigious Westminster setting.

Attention to Detail and Tenant Appeal

Natural light, luxurious finishes, and a cohesive colour palette brought the design to life, ensuring the final workspace mirrored the initial visuals. The result is a contemporary, sophisticated environment that balances practicality with timeless appeal, captivating potential tenants while paying homage to the surrounding heritage.
