Modus Longlisted at the Dezeen Awards 2021

Our project with London & Oriental at Buckingham Green has been longlisted for the Dezeen Awards 2021 in the Sustainable Interior category.

Out of over 4,700 entries from 87 countries, our project is among 305 architectural works in the running across 12 categories. The shortlists will be revealed from 6th to 10th September, followed by a public vote, with winners announced in November.

A modern office space at London and Oriental designed by Modus Workspace. The space includes a sleek kitchen area with a wooden island, black bar stools, and an overhead structure adorned with greenery, emphasizing a biophilic design approach.

Our work at Buckingham Green involved transforming 65,000 sq ft across three floors into a sustainable, Tenant-Ready™ space. We incorporated eco-friendly materials, including a worktop made entirely from recycled yoghurt pot lids, to create a future-proofed environment that aligns with London & Oriental’s commitment to sustainability.
