I established Modus with the aim of providing professional services to businesses undergoing significant changes to their physical environments. Within a year, the company expanded into contracting as clients demanded it. Over time, Modus has developed a suite of services that are heavily influenced by the initial mission – to help businesses derive the maximum benefit from a relocation event. Project delivery is the most fulfilling aspect of my job. I possess extensive experience in assisting organisations in determining how they want to operate in the future and comprehending how their physical environment will impact those objectives.
