Modus Wins Project of the Year at Mixology 2022

We’re thrilled to announce that our “New Era for Numis” project won Project of the Year in the Design and Build category at the 2022 Mixology Awards.

These awards celebrate the best in commercial interior design across the UK, and we’re incredibly proud to have received this recognition. 

The project was designed to remove barriers to communication and encourage interaction. Key features include open breakout spaces, accessible terraces for all staff, and a striking staircase connecting the floors, promoting seamless collaboration. The design also takes full advantage of the stunning City views, offering visitors an immediate sense of Numis’ forward-looking vision

Collaborating with Numis Securities, we integrated key features like a 125-person auditorium early in the process, saving time and costs while enhancing sustainability.

We’re proud of the transformation and grateful to our team for their hard work that allowed us to win Project of in the Design and Build category at the 2022 Mixology Awards.
