We’re thrilled to share that The Dock for Alchemy Asset Management Limited has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2022 British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards under the Refurbished and Recycled Workplace category for the Midlands & Central England region.

The Dock is a standout transformation, turning a bland back office into a contemporary space with strong ESG credentials, suitable for single or multiple occupancies. The once cold, sterile environment is now warm and inviting, with timber-clad walls, a new reception desk, and soft furnishings enhancing the entrance. To add a natural touch, we added agile working areas, a communal kitchenette, meeting booths in the atrium, and greenery throughout the common spaces.
