Alpha FX Project Shortlisted for Blueprint Award 2020

We are proud to announce that our Alpha FX project has been shortlisted in the 2020 Blueprint Awards. It has been selected for the Best Interior Project category due to demonstrating excellence in interior design.

The prestigious Blueprint Awards celebrates the very best of contemporary architecture and design around the world. In addition to hosting the awards, Blueprint has been operating as a magazine for 30 years, bringing its readers a mix of critical, incisive, and entertaining architecture, design and art coverage.

The project entailed designing and building Alpha FX’s new home in Paddington’s Brunel Building. The brief for the project was to create a space that wasn’t just an office, but somewhere that supported a healthy way of life that provided the client with spaces that prioritised their wellbeing. The project needed to represent the company’s culture of “working hard but living well”.

Being shortlisted for the award is a testament to the hard work and creativity the Modus design team shows year in year out. We’re all extremely proud of the achievement at Modus and our fingers are crossed for the result!
