Wiser, a creative business services company, envisioned a workspace that reflected their vibrant identity while introducing new elements to inspire their team. With only eight weeks to complete the project and a strict budget, the challenge was to prioritise employee wellbeing and deliver an innovative biophilic design while incorporating standout features like a VW camper van meeting room.
A Creative Workspace with a Biophilic Twist
To stay within budget, we collaborated with flooring contractors to replicate pre-existing hardwood flooring. At the centre of the space is a striking artificial tree above a high collaborative table, encouraging creativity and connection. The VW camper van was disassembled, craned into the building, and reassembled onsite, transforming it into a distinctive meeting room.
Designing to Inspire and Impress
The final design embodies Wiser’s culture, blending functionality with playful, unique features. The biophilic centrepiece and imaginative meeting spaces create a dynamic environment that supports wellbeing, collaboration, and creativity, leaving a lasting impression on all who enter.

Initially a Tenant-Ready™ fit out, the existing design set a high standard to maintain while incorporating their requirements for more formal meeting spaces and adaptable areas to reflect their evolving identity.
KPI OceanConnect, a global leader in marine fuels and shipping, approached us with a challenge to design an office fit out for their newly expanded floor that would facilitate smooth movement across two levels. With their sister company, Bunker Holding, relocating to the same building, the goal was to create a collaborative workspace that reflected their brand identity and workplace culture.
