BNP Paribas Real Estate tasked us with transforming their 1-3 Berry Street location into a flexible Tenant-Ready™ workspace that reflects their brand and commitment to sustainability. Delivered within a strict four-week timeline, the project needed to meet diverse workstyle requirements while prioritising eco-friendly solutions.
Sustainability and Thoughtful Design
Recycled plastic worktops, green tiles, and vinyl flooring with 30% recycled content brought sustainability to life, while smart lighting improved energy efficiency. The design choices ensured the project aligned with BNP Paribas’s sustainability goals.
Flexible and Adaptable Workspaces
The redesigned space includes an expanded teapoint as a social hub, meeting rooms, collaboration zones, and phone booths. These features ensure the Tenant-Ready™ workspace adapts seamlessly to modern work practices and future tenant needs.
