InPost, a fast-growing tech firm known for revolutionising logistic services, expanded their London footprint with the addition of a second floor at Moray House. Already occupying the fourth floor, the team needed more space to meet, collaborate, and unwind, somewhere that could flex between client meetings, team catchups, and end-of-week socials. Two and Platfform collaborated to make the vision come to life.
Designed for Change, Furnished for Culture
Two created a layout centred around movement and adaptability. Their design includes meeting rooms sized for 2 to 10 people, each fitted with pale oak Co.Stories tables by Workstories and black mesh CT 4-star chairs. The reconfigurable CEO’s office features a walnut-effect Blade desk and round table from Alea, complemented by Quadrifoglio’s black leather Diva Soft chairs.
In the lounge area, Platfform specified a custom teal Terry sofa by JDD to anchor the space. It’s surrounded by Workstories Loop tables in matte black, Arc coffee tables in charcoal laminate, and soft grey Draft sofas and Milo chairs by Modus Furniture.
A Quietly Confident Fit Out
Two delivered a scheme that supports longevity, using a restrained approach to branding and a material palette built for durability. Oak joinery, cradle-to-cradle certified Tarkett carpet, and Forbo vinyl flooring with 20% recycled content set a calm tone throughout.
Platfform’s full-floor furniture package supports a flexible working rhythm. Ahrend’s tall white Techwall provides integrated storage. Concealed power modules enable clean tech integration across work zones. Secondary glazing softens ambient noise, ensuring comfort through every part of the day. Together, Two and Platfform delivered a floor that adapts as InPost continues to grow.
