Private Equity Fund
We expanded a Marylebone-based private equity firm’s workspace into anadjacent building, creating a modern, club-like environment. Inspired by theclient’s vision of a non-traditional office, this space prioritises employee well-being. Traditional desks have been replaced with flexible, collaborative areas designed for teamwork and communication. The workspace features both communal and quiet zones, including a barista bar and campfire area, creating a supportive culture that promotes personal growth and productivity.

Publicis Sapient
Publicis Sapient required a modern workspace that balanced sustainability with innovation, designed to meet their dynamic needs with a focus on neurodiversity. We integrated recycled materials and energy-efficient solutions to align with their environmental commitments. Collaborative zones and a feature barista bar were key to encouraging employee interaction. Biophilic elements and a carefully selected colour palette catered to neurodiverse individuals, enhancing air quality and overall employee well-being.

Bentley Systems’ workspace on the 43rd floor of 8 Bishopsgate is a model of sustainable sophistication. It showcases our design ethos and Bentley’s boundary-pushing spirit. Features like a transformable cocktail bar and state-of-the-art experience studio highlight Bentley’s commitment to excellence and innovation. This workspace sets a new standard for modern, sustainable design.
