We couldn’t be happier to announce that Modus have won Fit Out Contractor of The Year at the SBID International Design Awards 2021.

Considered the ultimate benchmark of success in the interior design industry, the GOLD-standard Awards represent the ultimate mark of design excellence in both commercial and residential spaces.

With categories in Interior Design, Product Design and Fit-Out, this year’s SBID Award winners represent the spectacular displays of creativity, innovation and professional mastery produced by the international design community.

Each finalist has been evaluated by industry-leading experts for functionality, technical merit, and the ability to inspire.

We spoke to our Managing Director, Lindsay Dowden about what this means for the team.

The winning entries were announced and awarded with a bespoke crystal trophy, designed exclusively by Sans Souci Glass Deco, at the Nobu Hotel Portman Square on Friday 22nd October 2021.
