Revantage Europe’s refurbishment of building 9 at Chiswick Business Park blends collaborative design with high-end finishes across multiple areas. This 68,000 sq ft development focused on delivering a functional, sleek workspace that can serve both private offices and shared spaces.

A Personal Touch

The project features a collaborative reception area with bespoke joinery and standout feature lighting. The co-working spaces are designed for interaction, while common parts and lift lobbies showcase feature joinery panelling and signage. Washrooms were completely refurbished, incorporating a bespoke Fenix IPS cubicle system. The space’s raw yet polished aesthetic is reinforced with bespoke suspended metal raft ceiling bays and exposed services.
