Ambit, in partnership with DMFK, completed the refurbishment of Voysey House, a Grade II* listed building originally constructed in 1902 as an extension of the Sanderson wallpaper factory.
Our long-term client Work.Life, a dynamic coworking provider, challenged us to revitalise The Typewriter Building at 140 Borough High Street into a vibrant workspace. Originally built in 1956 for a typewriter company, the project required balancing the building’s historical character with Work.Life’s modern, playful brand identity.
In collaboration with Anomaly Architects, Ambit transformed the historic former Euston Station Ticket Hall at 163–203 Eversholt Street into a versatile, contemporary office space. Originally built in the 1830s, these Grade II listed Victorian buildings had seen years of underinvestment, leaving them outdated for modern office needs.
Ambit delivered a CAT A transformation of Unit Two at Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross, a site rich in history dating back to the 1850s when it served as a hub for coal storage and distribution. The 12-week refurbishment reimagined the former retail space into a Cat A workspace.
Ambit partnered with Revantage Europe to refurbish Building 3 at Chiswick Business Park, creating a space designed to attract future tenants. This project was about reimagining the building’s potential, enhancing its functionality, and delivering a professional, welcoming environment.
KPI OceanConnect, a global leader in marine fuels and shipping, sought Two’s expertise to redesign their newly expanded office space. Tasked with creating a cohesive workspace across two levels, the project was designed to enhance collaboration, reflect the company’s marine-focused identity, and accommodate their shared building with sister company Bunker Holding.
Two partnered with Kin & Carta (now a part of Valtech) to refurbish their 11,500 sq ft office across three floors of The Spitfire Building in King’s Cross. The brief was to create a future-ready workspace that encourages flexibility, collaboration, and employee wellbeing.
Ambit partnered with Revantage Europe to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of Building 9 at Chiswick Business Park, transforming 68,000 sq ft into a versatile workspace that meets modern tenant demands.
