Upgrades for Enhanced Functionality

Ambit’s approach focused on elevating both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the building. The reception area was transformed with a custom-designed desk, bespoke joinery wall panelling, and sleek signage, creating an inviting first impression for visitors and future tenants alike. The clean lines and refined finishes set the tone for the rest of the space, establishing a cohesive design language throughout the building.

The washroom facilities received a comprehensive upgrade, featuring tailored Fenix IPS cubicle systems known for their durability and contemporary appearance. New finishes and updated services enhance the overall user experience, reflecting attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

In the main office areas, Ambit introduced bespoke suspended metal raft ceiling bays and exposed services, giving the CAT A space a modern, industrial edge. This design choice adds visual interest and supports flexible office layouts, catering to various tenant needs.
