Case Studies United Talent Agency Modus partnered with Gensler to deliver a new London office for United Talent Agency (UTA), a global talent, entertainment, and sports leader. Spanning two floors, the space supports UTA’s renowned music division while integrating key services such as production arts, podcasting, and entertainment marketing. Case Studies Motorway Motorway, an online-only used car marketplace, partnered with Modus to redesign their London headquarters, focusing on environmental responsibility and employee wellbeing. Case Studies Kin & Carta Two partnered with Kin & Carta (now a part of Valtech) to refurbish their 11,500 sq ft office across three floors of The Spitfire Building in King’s Cross. The brief was to create a future-ready workspace that encourages flexibility, collaboration, and employee wellbeing. Case Studies Wiser Two partnered with Wiser, a creative brand and talent agency, to design a workspace that reflects their bold and energetic culture. The project introduced biophilic elements and playful features to create an environment that supports employee wellbeing and collaboration while aligning with Wiser’s unique identity. We collaborated closely with the landlord and architect to curate 10,000 sq ft of workspace across Levels 7 and 18, blending modern design with sustainable solutions.
