Modus partnered with Authentic Brands Group, a global leader in brand development and management, to transform their London workspace into a dual-purpose environment. The brief was to create a sophisticated space that effortlessly integrates a client-facing showroom with an employee-centric office, spread across two separate buildings near Marble Arch. The result is a dynamic workspace that embodies Authentic Brands Group’s identity while supporting collaboration and client engagement.

Project in Brief

  • Integrated client showroom and employee workspace across two buildings
  • Bespoke design with high-quality materials and custom elements
  • Flexible workspaces designed for collaboration and focus

A Tangible Brand Experience

The design presented a unique challenge: to create a cohesive experience across two distinct spaces. One building serves as the core office for employees, featuring private offices, open-plan workstations, and collaborative zones. Across the street, a bespoke showroom immerses clients in the Authentic Brands Group experience, showcasing the company’s diverse portfolio in a setting that blends functionality with refined aesthetics.

The workspace draws inspiration from Soho House’s inviting warmth, paired with Scandinavian simplicity. Light timber flooring, marble surfaces, and plush carpeting create a sophisticated yet welcoming environment. The showroom’s layout encourages an immersive journey through the brand’s story, while the office space supports productivity through thoughtful design choices that enhance comfort and workflow.

A Workspace That Reflects Personality

The neutral colour palette is enriched with luxurious accents, creating a calm, elegant atmosphere. Bespoke features, such as dark walnut infinity desks and curated artwork, add character and a sense of exclusivity. Semi-circular meeting areas and communal lounges encourage collaboration, while plant dividers offer natural separation without compromising openness.

Flexibility was key in the design, allowing spaces to adapt to different work styles and client needs. The combination of private areas and open zones ensures a balance between focus and connection, making the workspace both practical and inspiring.

Elevating the Corporate Workspace

The new London office for Authentic Brands reflects the company’s commitment to luxury, innovation, and employee wellbeing. Blending a client-centric showroom with a dynamic workspace, the project enhances internal culture and external brand presence, positioning Authentic Brands Group for continued growth and success.
