WE ARE B CORP CERTIFIED

Since our founding over 30 years ago, WFG has been guided by a mission to support people.

The B Corp movement is a global movement of people using business as a force for good.

WFG: Proud to be B Corp Certified

We are thrilled to announce that we are now a certified B Corporation™. This certification underscores our commitment to doing business as a force for good.

What Does It Mean to Be a B Corp?

B Corporations meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Certification evaluates the entire business, spanning five key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers. To qualify, businesses must achieve a benchmark score of over 80 and legally embed a commitment to a purpose beyond profit in their articles of association.

For WFG, becoming a B Corp means formalising our dedication to creating exceptional workplaces while considering the wellbeing of all stakeholders— from our employees and clients to our supply chain and the planet. This approach enables us to form long-term partnerships with clients by delivering workspaces that support their people and productivity while aligning with community and environmental priorities.

Supporting people through innovative design and sustainability has been WFG’s mission for over 30 years.

Why B Corp?

Since our founding in 1991, WFG has been guided by a mission to support people. Whether through state-of-the-art workspaces designed to inspire productivity or our commitment to sustainable practices, our values have always been at the core of what we do. B Corp’s rigorous and transparent assessment provided the perfect framework to evaluate and enhance these efforts.

We are inspired by our peers in the B Corp community, including some of our clients like Work.Life. By joining this global movement of over 6,000 businesses, we reaffirm our commitment to being a trusted partner and a responsible corporate citizen.

How Are We Making a Difference?

At Workplace Futures Group, we are proud to lead by example in shaping a better world through our business practices. Our strong B Impact Assessment score showcases how we excel across key areas, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and ethical governance.

Our B Impact Assessment score highlights our strengths:

  • With a mission-locked governance model, our board prioritises all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • From comprehensive health and wellness programmes to career development opportunities, we prioritise our people.

  • We maintain strong relationships with ethical suppliers and contribute to the communities where we operate.

  • Our projects incorporate energy and water reduction measures, and we recycle over 75% of waste.

  • We deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions backed by ISO9001-certified processes.

Together, we can build a better future for people, businesses, and the planet.

Opportunities to Improve

We know the journey doesn’t end here. Our goals include improving our diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, increasing community engagement, and implementing renewable energy solutions. These areas will be a focus for growth as we prepare for our next recertification in 2026.

Why It Matters to You

For our clients and partners, working with a B Corp-certified business means aligning with a company that prioritises integrity, sustainability, and innovation. Whether you’re a small start-up or a global enterprise, we are committed to delivering exceptional results with a positive impact.
