Sustainability

Being a certified B Corporation means we’re part of a global movement driving change for people and the planet.
Sustainability is embedded in every decision we make, how we design, build, and invest in our people. As the parent company of Ambit, Two, Modus, Platfform, and Mytr, our Group brings shared purpose to every project. We’re held to high standards across all our operations, from governance and supply chain to wellbeing and community impact.
Our move to TIDE Bankside marks a significant step in aligning our operations with our B Corp goals. TIDE Bankside is Net Zero building, allowing us to significantly reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions, while providing increased connectivity and employee wellbeing.
The built environment contributes around 42% of global carbon emissions. That’s why every project across our group is delivered with intention. Whether through reducing embodied carbon, extending material life, or designing spaces that adapt and endure, we’re creating workplaces that are fit for the future.
With the UK on a path to Net Zero by 2050, our responsibility is to lead with action.
We’re reducing embodied carbon through reuse and retrofit, pushing innovation in materials and methods, and partnering with suppliers who share our vision. Each project is a chance to shape a fairer, lower-impact built environment that benefits people as much as the planet.

Purpose & Governance
We’ve made a legal and operational commitment to consider people and the planet in every business decision. That principle shapes how we invest, report, and deliver.
