Our long-term client Work.Life, a dynamic coworking provider, challenged us to revitalise The Typewriter Building at 140 Borough High Street into a vibrant workspace. Originally built in 1956 for a typewriter company, the project required balancing the building’s historical character with Work.Life’s modern, playful brand identity.
In collaboration with Anomaly Architects, Ambit transformed the historic former Euston Station Ticket Hall at 163–203 Eversholt Street into a versatile, contemporary office space. Originally built in the 1830s, these Grade II listed Victorian buildings had seen years of underinvestment, leaving them outdated for modern office needs.
Work.Life tasked us with transforming key areas of Waverley House in Soho into a vibrant coworking space. A last-minute redesign of the fifth floor, just a week before starting, required agility and creativity. The challenge involved adapting the design to existing MEPs and ensuring a seamless flow between the bustling ground floor and the newly envisioned upstairs spaces.

Known for their innovative games like EVE Online, CCP Games wanted a workspace that reflected their playful and creative culture while offering the functionality needed to support global collaboration.
We have transformed two floors in the iconic Hylo Building to create a Tenant-Ready™ space that reflects the essence of the surrounding neighbourhoods of Barbican, City, and Shoreditch. We collaborated closely with the landlord and architect to curate 10,000 sq ft of workspace across Levels 7 and 18, blending modern design with sustainable solutions.
